Everything was super clean and in new condition. Plenty of utensils for cooking and eating. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony where there is always a breeze. The view above the pool is pretty nice. Good location with a 5 minute walk to 7 Eleven and ATM. 10 minute walk to pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Grab food delivery and transportation is available here. 24 hour security. Excellent wifi. Smart TV with Netflix and more. Host is very accommodating. Great value. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Location was nice as there was a mall nearby and lots of restaurants in the area. It was also easy to catch a cab.

Very nice apartment with lovely bedroom and kitchen. Great location, as we arrived by bus at the north bus terminal (walking distance), it is also just opposite of the SM mall. Public bus is just stopping in front of the tower of the street. Pool is refreshing, but closed on Tuesday due to cleaning. Overall, wonderful furnished room with lovely little details, easy communication and I can highly recommend it when staying in Cebu :) I would come back again any time. Thank you Jenni!

Nastanitev Affordable Ayala Avida IT Park Condo across Ayala Mall Central Bloc Sugbu Mercado se nahaja v mestu Tabok, 2,7 km od znamenitosti nakupovalni center Ayala Center Cebu, in ponuja klimatsko... Owner is great and accommodating. We forgot a few items and the owner very kindly retrieved them and sent to us! Wonderful host and place to stay.

Great location in CEBU IT Park. Safe and quiet living environments. Very new and famous apartments with a good swimming pool and three elevators for a 33-story building. There's a 7-11 opposite the building and a small supermart (very convenient to buy drinks and daily use). There are also two Korean restaurants, one nice massage store, and a good laundry store downstair in the same buildings.

The place was nice ,with complete amenities and very good location . The owner and condo staff was really nice and they allowed us many visitors to stay during the day. They were cvery accomodating. Will recommend if you come in Cebu in groups.
