Plenty of utensils for cooking and eating. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony where there is always a breeze. The view above the pool is pretty nice. Good location with a 5 minute walk to 7 Eleven and ATM. 10 minute walk to pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Grab food delivery and transportation is available here. 24 hour security. Excellent wifi. Smart TV with Netflix and more. Host is very accommodating. Great value. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

The location is just walking distance to our Iloilo destination. Amenities are clean and suited our needs. Place is comfortable and has a homey ambience. The neighborhood is safe and secure.
