The apartment seemed brand new, was very well decorated, with a lot of attention to detail and was very comfortable - especially the beds. The location is ideal, a few minutes walk from the old town in a lovely area, calm but with some cafés and restaurants. Welcoming and helpful staff at reception, and there is even a laundry room. Very good value for money too. We will definitely come back!

Clean, new furnitured, fully equipped (even with coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, Netflix tv, etc.), closed to the center (20 mins) and railway station (10 mins), with friendly, multi-language personnel. Special thanks to Yana from the reception who helped us with all questions we had! The apartment has all required extras (shower, capsules for washing machines/dishwasher/ coffee machine). Best recommendation.

Excellent brand new hotel. Everything exceptional, staff was so helpful and kind. I was impressed with the woodwork, so many details . Perfect location just a few meters from restaurants , ski lifts and the thermal pools. Oh and every corner of this hotel smells so good. Many thanks to the lovely girls from the front desk . We love everything!

Right at the ski track, beautiful, modern hotel. Bed is super-comfortable, room is very well equipped (e.g. smart tv with phone mirroring, tea/coffee set). Breakfast is outstanding.

Set in Kościelisko in the Lesser Poland region, Tatra Resort & SPA offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a spa centre. Some units have a terrace. Superb. You can hike on foot from the hotel ~15min to the Tatry National Park entrance through the village. Clean, well equipped apartment, spending time after hike in sauna was amazing. Don't know why anyone complain about breakfast, it was also good. Will stay again when visiting Zakopane.

Located in Kraków, near Town Hall Tower, Main Market Square and Cloth Hall, W Sercu Krakowa Aparthotel features a garden. Everything was great: the apartment was close to city-center, the personnel was very nice, room was spacious and clean and the kitchinet was well equipped.
