The property exceeded expectations, the photos online don't do it justice! The bathroom was newly renovated, there was complementary bread and milk in the fridge, and in an island with limited mobile reception, the unlimited WiFi (up to 30 mbps download speed) was amazing! It let me do what I needed to do online for work after collecting data in the field, plus the complementary smart TV service (such as Netflix and Disney) was also very nice and was made possible by the WiFi. The hosts are also very responsive, friendly, and informative, it was a very wonderful stay overall! Highly recommend!

The host went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Make sure to ask Nigel about the hidden Asia Pacific Space Station. Ask if you can feed the wild chickens or if you can be taught how to open a coconut. Every evening the host and his neighbors would have a drink to close out the night in a common area - they will invite you to join. They are excited to meet new people and share their culture. Although this shouldn’t be an expectation during your stay - they were kind to offer drinks, food, and transportation. It’s not a resort, but a true authentic experience of what life is like on Christmas Island.

The apartment was very spacious, has a well stocked kitchen and is hooked up with terrestrial tv and wifi, plus theres some dvds for when a storm knocks out the signal. Nigel, the host, is also a really great guy. He let us rent his car when there were no other rentals available on the island, and he's always around to help with useful tips and information.LewisYoung couple

Nigel is an amazing host, he picked up from the airport and he gave a quick tour from the island. The apartments are really comfortables everything you need! Aircon in all the rooms. Perfect location, and awesome view, beautiful sunsets. Can jump to free dive just in front the apartments. Nigel and her partner are really nice, they gave us so many good tips about the island and are so friendly. Monday night invited us to dinner with a few locals!!! Delicious homemade food!!
