It is a great and specious apartment with many amenities that make our stay excellent. The apartment was very clean and in a quite area, and within a walking distance to sightseeing spots. It was very easy to reach it from the airport. The host Muriel is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. She made our stay in Nice even more pleasant. We stayed for 1 week in La Terrasse and loved everything of the apartment! It was super clean and every detail was made and decorated with love. The location is perfect and supermarket, restaurants and tram station were very close. Within a 15-20 min walk you can reach also the tourist center of Nice and the beach. One of the highlights of the apartment is the terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning coffee or the evening wine. Our host was amazing friendly and helpful! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure!

The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!
