Priprietatea a fost renovata de curand, moderna dar in acelasi timp gandita sa intre foarte bine in peisajul caracteristic al zonei. Dispune de toate cele necesare unui sejur perfect, bucatarie, baie privata, internet, TV, AC, centrala proprie si ofera un mic dejun demential. Proprietari, niste persoane extraordinare in adevaratul sens al cuvantului, au depasit orice limita a ospitalitatii fiindu-ne alatuti trup si suflet intr-o situatie personala delicata si pentru asta le v-om fii mereu recunoscatori. The property was recently refurbished, modern but designed in such a way to blend very well with the architecture of the area. It has all the facilities the you would need for a perfect experience, from the private bathroom to a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV, AC and a privet heating sistem plus a mind blowing brackfast. The owners, extraordinary people in the real sense of the word, exceeded any possible hospitality limits, in a very delicate personal situation they’ve been close to us body and soul and for this they will always have our gratitude.

Castelmezzano is a very nice small town. The appartment was nice. Not easy access if you have suitcases; but they helped carry up our luggage to the appartment.

We really loved our stay here. When we arrived the main road to the village was blocked, and Angela the host was super nice and helped us find another way to get there, and accompanied us to the apartment. The room is convenient, spacious and clean, and even has a great coffee machine. Well recommended place!

Great room in Castelmezzano with an even greater host, Teresa. There was a box of breakfast goodies (tarts, muffins, and cakes) waiting for us when we arrived the first evening, and the following day there was a bag of fruit and sandwiches. The bed was very comfortable, the shower fabulous, and having a washing machine was a real treat.

Beautiful house located right in the town, it was exactly as pictured and the view of the town was as pictured too, which we don't always expect to be quite true. Beds were good, the kitchen let us cook a meal, and it was super cool to sleep in a home like this, very unique. The home is half built into the mountainside which meant it was very comfortable (around 20°C - 22°C) day and night. Fair warning: this town is incredibly hilly/steep so if you find it difficult to walk uphill you will have a bad time getting to the home from the parking outside of town, it's worth it though!

We had a wonderful three nights with the family at Pietrapertosa. It is a beautiful little town with little traffic and lots of charming streets. Carmen was very helpful in meeting us, helping to find a parking space, and bringing us to the apartment. The apartment was clean, large, and had all the facilities we needed. Near the house is a small store with groceries but also other shops/restaurants are in walking distance. Despite the hot temperatures outside, the apartment was nicely cool. It was a great base for exploring Pietrapertosa, and with our sons of 12 and 8 we managed to walk to Castelmezzano and back (although taking our time!). If you'd be interested in the Volo d'Angelo (we did not do it), the ticket shop is only a minute walk from the apartment.
