This apartment is super clean and quiet but near to all kinds of amenities. The apartment is well equipped with washing machines, fridge, cooking facilities, and utensils. The aircon are both working fine and cold enough. I am happy staying in rooms 702 and 502. Ms. Van helped me to rent a motorcycle at an offer price, appreciated.

Lovely, modern and very clean. The apartment is located just outside the main area you want to go as a tourist but easy enough with grab. Very comfortable and spacious with new TVs, kitchen and washing machine. Location was good, nice balcony for lounging! Beds were super comfy. There is a rooftop but without chairs/tables -- either way a nice view of the area. The host downstairs was lovely and easy to sort things out with -- held our luggage for us and helped me when our water delivery guy couldn't find the place.

The room is exactly as per the pictures - it’s clean, proper and welcoming to stay. Absolutely love the comfort of the bed - also, for those who fret the heat - you have two aircon vents by your bed. Il proprietario é davvero gentile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua dolci e mantelline per la pioggia al nostro arrivo ed é sempre stato disponibile per ogni richiesta. La casa é silenziosa di notte nonostante sia in centro. Se tornassimo in Vietnam soggiorneremo ancora in questo posto.
