We for sure will never forget what they have done for us, never ❤... the hotel is beautiful, it has a soul, the food was excellent, very tasty ... we highly recommend this one 👌

The beds are super comfortable and the sheets are soft and hotel quality. The hosts, brothers Tom and Tam, are very friendly and helpful, their English is excellent. We payed extra for breakfast, it was so worth it! Tom is a chef and his breakfasts were so tasty and delicious. He even prepared a gluten free bread for my partner. There is a little shared kitchen with tea, coffee, free to use. I highly recommend this place for your Petra visit.

The place was very clean and had many amenities you can’t get in a regular hotel. The host was lovely, very accommodating and they also brought us snacks and baklava in the evening making us feel very welcome. Would recommend to everyone. Very short drive from Petra and easy to access.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with them. They are extremely helpful, going out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Great conversations too. They packed a lunch box for us the day we entered Petra early and also got us vegetarian options for our breakfast. They also gave us great tips, and helped plan our excursions to Petra along with giving us great recommendations for local food in Petra. The room was splendid with a great view of the city and extremely comfortable. If you are in Petra, look no further stay with them. We shall definitely stay with them if and when we visit again.

We found a great hospitality by our host as from the first meet, till our last minute in the Family House. We were invited to eat an amazing dinner in front of the breath-taking sunset above the Wadi Musa and Petra. Next day we ate a delicious breakfast early in the morning, as we intented to visit Petra at dawn. We also received lunch boxes, which was a perfect convenience during hours Petra trail. I strongly recommend Family House as a wonderfully placed stay with a family atmosphere before your visit in the Nabataeans city.
