From the collecting the keys to the checkout, it was a good experience. (The owner itself come to receive us to the Airport, and it was very kind gesture to us.) The apartment is located easy access to the city centre and facilities were exactly match as it mentioned in booking.com. The Magnum supermarket is very nearby with a 3 min of walkable distance, made our stay more comfortable and homelike experiences.

Located 5 minutes’ walk from the Round Square, these apartments are on the 37th floor of Severnoe Siyaniye Residential Complex in Astana. They feature free Wi-Fi. Fantastic location if you are in Astana for touristic purposes and want to see all the main sites. This hotel is in one of the buildings along the main arcade where everything is at (ex. Baiterek tower is a 5-10min stroll away depending on how fast you walk). My room's view was phenomenal; I had a view of the Baiterek and Presidential Palace. The hotel host was very communicative and was present/helped me navigate to the hotel even though it was 3am in the morning upon arrival. Breakfast was good, served straight in your room. The room was very clean and had all the necessary toiletries/etc. Would stay again if i were somehow in Astana again.
