The room was very nice with enough sleeping space for 3 adults and 2 kids. We didn't use much, but all the necessary cooking facilities were provided as long as free bottles of water, tea and coffee. The hotel is indeed located in the warehouse, but its territory is secured, so I felt safe there.

Lovely place! Amazing location- quiet, near the real beautiful beaches of Playa Del Carmen. The hotel provides you with a bicycle and it's 7 minutes riding to the touristic center. The hotel is so beautifully planned, designed, and maintained. All the staff members are so lovely and welcoming :) I doubt if there is a better place in Playa.

All rooms are really apartments, and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, balconies were off every room, and very clean. The infinity pool was really great with spectacular views.

Brauliio greeted us with beautiful inspiring ritual. The apartment was large and well appointed with deluxe bed. Kitchen complete. Architecture striking, including roof pool. Incredible value. Staff impeccable.

It is very well laid out and nicely decorated. It has been well thought out to have everything that a visitor needs. It is very clean, with clean sheets and towels. The bed is comfy, Air-conditioning works well and so does wifi. The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Kitchen is well supplied for a few days. The only thing we missed was a kettle, but if we were staying longer we would have bought coffee to use the coffee maker. Self check in was simple, although it is quite late at 4 pm. The location seems safe and is a 15 min walk to the harbour.
