I didn't meet any staff, but you can write an email and you will get what you asked for. Nice surroundings - a big, beautiful park, a market mall in the surroundings - absolutely see "Pavillon Manhattan", a mall where you can get fresh food , polish season's fruit and vegetables, some old fashioned stuff. The building itself is of architectural interest. You can walk downtown - 20 -30 minutes or take a streetcar - 10 min.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpfull. We arrived very late cause of the train was delayed. But one of the owners waited for us amd helped us with our luggage.
