The aircon are both working fine and cold enough. I am happy staying in rooms 702 and 502. Ms. Van helped me to rent a motorcycle at an offer price, appreciated.

Lovely, modern and very clean. The apartment is located just outside the main area you want to go as a tourist but easy enough with grab. Very comfortable and spacious with new TVs, kitchen and washing machine. We actually requested to stay another night as we were enjoying Hanoi that much and it wasn't a problem so big thank you for that!

Location was good, nice balcony for lounging! Beds were super comfy. There is a rooftop but without chairs/tables -- either way a nice view of the area. The host downstairs was lovely and easy to sort things out with -- held our luggage for us and helped me when our water delivery guy couldn't find the place.
