It had the beautiful lake view as seen in the photos! The room was cozy and the inside looked like a brand new interior - everything was clean and neat. A/C was great as well. In a walking distance, there were several cafes where I enjoyed Vietnamese black coffee, having a seat with the lake view. If you like to stay in a quiet and cozy area with a lake view, iRest Orange'd be your best choice. In addition, the hotel provides with taxi service between the hotel and the airport, which is more convenient and cheaper than other taxi services.

Situated within 3.3 km of West Lake and 4.5 km of Quan Thanh Temple, LUCK APART 9 - Hanoi WestLake Balcony Apartment features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hanoi. Location was good, nice balcony for lounging! Beds were super comfy. There is a rooftop but without chairs/tables -- either way a nice view of the area. The host downstairs was lovely and easy to sort things out with -- held our luggage for us and helped me when our water delivery guy couldn't find the place.

The room is exactly as per the pictures - it’s clean, proper and welcoming to stay. Absolutely love the comfort of the bed - also, for those who fret the heat - you have two aircon vents by your bed. Close by the hotel, there are also plenty of restaurants. Furthermore, the staff were very responsive over booking.com chat. I appreciate all the help and recommendations provided.

The location of the hotel is a perfect mix of a calm and quiet spot to recharge after a day in the city while also being close enough to everything you need, with cute cafes, restaurants and stores around. The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. What made the stay so perfect for me however was the incredible staff that works here. Especially Alice and Hue have been so invested and helpful, and did their absolute best to help arrange a laptop for me while I was staying here. I have never encountered more lovely and engaging staff at a hotel, and I can‘t recommend a stay here more!
