Our stay here was delightful. The host, Mary, was warm and gracious. The room comfortably sized. The bed was comfortable with crisp, white linens and live green plants made it feel personal. Appreciated the Netflix and Amazon Prime. The shower was shared, but appreciated the complimentary robes. And the breakfast provided options and was outstanding. I’d definitely highly recommend The Olde Anchor B&B.

It was extremely quiet and we appreciated the screened-in porch where we could sit in the evenings. The hosts were friendly and the cottage was clean and inviting. The breakfasts are incredibles. But most of all, Tania and Karl are absolutely charming. If you are looking for a very quiet, relaxing spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this it! Close to the ferry and a nice home base to explore the eastern end of the Island. Cottages are very clean and bright. The hosts are very kind and accomodating in order to make your stay comfortable.
