Wonderful guesthouse in a great location, just a few metres from the endless beach in Southbourne. Andi and James are perfect hosts, providing not only a delicious breakfast - both buffet (with fresh berries every day) and cooked - but also valuable advice on things to do in the area. They try to work in a sustainable way by sourcing as much of the food as possible locally, by avoiding wasting food or by avoiding the use of unnecessary plastic. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and we loved the very English style of the house and its interior. The room was quite spacious, had tea and coffee making facilities and we got new biscuits every day. The wifi is great as well. We had an online meeting on Friday morning and the connection was uniterrupted for 90 minutes.

The room was very clean, warm, cosy and homely which was lovely. Flat screen tv on the wall. Additional pillows with a selection of different types to suit everyone’s needs! (I haven’t come across this before so it really impressed me!) Debbie the host was so accommodating and friendly, genuinely would go above and beyond. The room is small but this was advertised. Nonetheless it was an excellent room. The bed was comfortable and everything including the shared bathroom was clean. The room is in an apartment with shared amenities which were also clean and well kept. It is also very close to Boscombe beach as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks
