Had a lovely stay here. Great location in Castleton. Was served a delicious Sunday roast in the restaurant downstairs when I arrived. And the pub was a really fun and friendly atmosphere, amazing staff. I was traveling solo and they seated me with another group of travelers for game night in the pub which was very nice and thoughtful of them to make me feel included! Loved my little room and bed was very comfortable. Served delicious breakfast as well. Only slight inconvenience is the doors of pub are locked from 2330 to 7am so you can’t leave during those times.. but was not a big issue, just something to note if you want to get up for sunrise. Overall had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!
