The room is extremely clean and arranged with a lot of attention and care for details. Julia is a very welcoming host and we enjoyed talking to her. The room was not only comfortable but also super clean. Nights were wonderfully quiet, and the heating was just perfect. The table for two was a lifesaver for work sessions /meeting calls and cozy breakfast/coffee breaks. The good internet connection made our work smooth and hassle-free. Although there's no parking in front, we easily found multiple spots on adjacent streets. Host is fantastic and was very helpful by providing helpful information in advance about free parking streets. Overall great experience.

I loved everything it was a cute spot and everything I needed while visiting. The cottage is welcoming and there are great amenities - tv, internet, kitchen, utensils, comfortable bed. But the shower is the true gem - it’s amazing and powerful. The security of the place is also great.

Lovely stay at a quiet, peaceful and comfortable residence in Ilford. Only a short walk from the station, close to many shops, food and drinking spots. Staff were extremely accommodating to any enquiries I had as well as flexible check-in/check-out.

nothing the bed is broken and is held with bricks under the mattress I'm scared to sleep th3 light fitting is hanging down smoke alarm is.covered im sleepinh on the floor and have hurt my self and bleeding iv taking pictures and taken recordings and I need yhis resolved by the morning before I check out or this will go a lot further than this review page

I arrived in London without a place to sleep. I was very glad to be able to book and get into the Saxon rooms within few hours. I got a room upgrade free of charge which was very sweet. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Most comfortable bathroom mat I've ever seen :)
