It was lovely, everything was clean. Their staff was really sweet . The kitchen was big and had a lot of things to eat for breakfast . The place has a shared bathroom that was always squeaky clean . The bed in the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Everything about this place was perfect. Not only that, but it is perfectly situated. The train station to Liverpool central is only a 3 - 5 min long walk away and a 7 minutes one from subway, pizza hut and tesco express . I hope I'll be able to come back soon :)

Wonderful place to stay for a game. Francis and Martin were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. It was just renovated recently, so everything is new. And it was sparkling, clean and very comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk to Anfield Stadium and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Karl is a brilliant, friendly host and I really appreciated how accommodating he was around check-in and useful info. as regards getting to and from Liverpool City Centre. Aswell as that, the room and it's facilities were great and it had everything you needed. The breakfast was very good too.

Beautifully restored building, stunning decor throughout and defs not cookie-cutter style - the 3 bedrooms I viewed all had their own individual charm. Host / owner Karl went above and beyond to help me in navigating my way since this was a first-time visit to Liverpool, when the taxi let me down at the last minute, Karl came to the rescue and drove me to the hospital. Looking forward to future visits.

Everything was immaculate and perfect. Beautiful location, gorgeous house, tastefully renovated to a high standard but retaining all of the charm and features of the original house. Loved the guest kitchen, such a good idea. Breakfast was self service but everything was there, such a beautiful room for dining. Our host was so friendly, attentive and genuine. Proper local information too, right down to which level in the car park was best when we headed into the city centre after checking out. Really appreciated all the top tips for arriving and departing. We couldn't have picked a better spot to stay.

    Great location, bus ride or a cheap Uber to Liverpool city centre and walking distance to Anfield stadium. Great value for money for what we paid for each person. The kitchen had everything that you needed for your stay to just help yourself. Both the host and the staff are very friendly, attentive and down to earth. Definitely will make The arms a regular match day weekend stay.

Keys allocated so you can come & go as you please during your stay. Welcome pack waiting in the fridge of bottled water, cans of pepsi & chocolate biscuits. Ample provision of cereals, bread for toast, juice & fresh fruit for breakfast. Tea & coffee can be made in the kitchen at any time. A courtyard area is available for us smokers too. Very reasonable price for our 1 night stay.

    Lovely spacious, clean apartment with ensuite and all the facilities you could need including dishwasher and washing machine (which we did not need to use). Great location on Duke Street across the road from Duke Street food and drink market, extremely close to all the city centre shops and a 10 min walk to Albert Docks. Friendly staff. Cheap 24 hour parking.

    This spacious and comfortable apartment was in a great location being only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Despite being on the ground floor and next to a road, it was very quiet. There was effective heating, adequately equipped modern kitchen and a great tv. Kane deserves a special mention as he was an excellent host who went out of his way to help us and make our visit to Liverpool very enjoyable.

    This hotel is in a great location. Secure underground car park was so useful as we did not need to use the car during our stay. 3 minute walk to Albert Dock and 10 mins to city centre. Clean and quiet hotel, it has a gym although we did not use this due to the walking we did around Liverpool. Excellent breakfast, varied, hot and plentiful. I would use this hotel again.
