A lovely warm genuine welcome,shown to our room which was stunning. Very clean well presented and cosy. Breakfast was also brilliant, excellent quality, cooked properly and no grease.

The breakfast options were excellent and delivered in a hamper every morning at the time of our choice and included lovely pastries and fruit selection as well as porridge and smoothies There was tea, coffee and snacks available and restocked every day. The room was spotlessly clean when we arrive and cleaned thoroughly every day. The bathroom was stocked with every amenity needed. The location was fantastic being a very small village but with a local pub where we ate a couple of times and a small village store. We liked everything about our stay. Rebecaa the host was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was good. Thanks for the treat in the hamper on our last day!!

Lovely little pub on the outskirts of MK. Cosy room in a converted barn, had everything we needed and breakfast was best I've had in a long while. Staff couldn't do enough, made a great coffee too.
