I really loved this stay. The room with the en-suite Bathroom and Balcony was small but beautiful, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful and huge terrace on top whenever I wanted. The view is stunning. It is calm at nighttime and you can sleep with open windows. The area (and whole island) is very safe, so there is no danger in walking around alone at whatever time. Even the house is located rather on the edge of the village, everything is very close and fast to reach. Behind the house starts the route for all the main Marettimo hiking trails, from where you have awesome views of the panorma. I also loved the breakfast, which included some home-made pastry from the dear and very friendly host Caterina every day. I really want to come back and highly recommend the place!

We on purpose booked the room with terrace and sea view and absolutely loved it! The room (which actually is like a small flat) deserves 11 out of 10 for its terrace (wow!), design, location, hosts, cleanliness and its overall character.
