The suites are on the top floor accessed via 100 steps or "the first registered lift" in Palermo! The ladies at reception were lovely & arranged a transfer to the airport for me. There were city maps ( not all places provide these ) and other info available & a great collection of books to browse through re: sights of Palermo. Breakfast outside on the terrace was amazing with a vast choice of drinks, sweet & savoury items which was individually prepared for you.

Very attentive and thoughtful service. I was impressed with the attention to detail; I was traveling with a baby and the staff had a lovely crib, bottle warmer and sterilizer ready without needing to ask. When we arrived for breakfast, there was a table ready with a high chair for baby. Everyone was nice, patient and helpful. Will definitely be back!

We stayed for 3 nights at Barbara and Emiliano’s place. Our hosts were so kind and hospitable, providing advice on things to do in Palermo and surrounding areas. The breakfast on the terrace was fantastic. They were able to accommodate dietary issues (gluten and dairy free). It was great starting the day with a beautiful view and good food!

The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

Location is absolutely perfect to visit Palermo. The area is slightly rough but Enzo’s place has amazing security. Parking was free & again super secure. The space was clean & comfortable. 10 mins walk to an arch that starts you along via Vittoria Emanuele. Very affordable pizzeria 5 mins down street.

The apartment is very charming with high ceilings and beautiful double doors. You will probably share the apartment with other guests who have their own private room but that’s totally fine. Manuela and her husband are so kind and nice people, they have great tips for a short stay and we followed most of them and they were all amazing. highly recommend their place for a short city tripAylinGroup

Although it is in the city centre, it’s actually quiet and peaceful. We slept well, the bed was comfy. The staff were really friendly and helpful too!
