They gave great tips about things to do and where to eat and organised our taxi ride for the next morning. They even organised an early breakfast for us. Pidimme ystäväni kanssa kaikesta. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja aina avuliasta sekä kohteliasta. Huone oli täydellisen siisti, ja siellä oli hyvin laskutilaa (yöpöydät, pieni kirjoituspöytä, eteisessä matala taso), joten tavarat saa mukavasti käsille. Sängyt olivat mukavat ja ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Kylpyhuone oli myös erittäin siisti ja pyyhkeitä oli kahdet, sekä käsi- että kylpypyyhkeet. Tämä oli plussaa verrattuna muihin majoituksiimme. Talo on ulkoa upean näköinen, ja sisätilat ovat ihanat ja viidakkomaisuus tuo tunnelmaa. Sisäpihan puutarha on kaunis, sinne ehkä on tulossa lisää istumapaikkoja. Rakennus ja tilat ovat uudet, joten kaikki huoneet eivät ole vielä käytössä, mutta keskeneräisyyttä tuskin huomaa - lähes kaikki on valmista ja tiptop-kunnossa. Siisteys on joka puolella erinomaista. Aamupala on monipuolinen (muroja, leipää, hedelmää, kananmunia valmiiksi paistettuja pyynnön mukaan, kahvia...). Vettä ja jääpaloja on aina saatavilla. Huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia, mutta yleisen keittiön jääkaappiin voi jättää halutessaan omia ruokia ja juomia. Sijainti on erittäin lähellä bussiasemaa ja keskustaan kävelee n. 5-10 min, ja hälinää ei ole. Yöt saa nukkua rauhassa. Täydellinen majoitus, ystävällinen ja positiivinen henkilökunta, muuta emme voisi toivoa. Muchas gracias Gran Jaguar! 😊

We loved our stay in the cabaña. Although the rooms are simple, we had everything we needed. The aircon was great and much needed in the high temperatures. The fruit in the morning was amazing. We loved squeezing our own orange juice and chilling in the hammock. We loved our stay so much we extended. The staff were lovely and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Bacalar.
