Set in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and only 14 km from Allianz Riviera Stadium, Villa Martinus offers accommodation with pool views, free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed at Villa Martinus for two nights, and of the five bed and breakfasts we stayed at on our trip to Southern France, this is by far our favorite! Martin, the host is wonderful, and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great stay! He even let my husband borrow a jacket when he forgot his at home! Our room and sitting area were very large and comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy, modern and brand new. Breakfast was also by far our favorite and consisted of meats, cheeses, croissants, bread, yogurt, a large assortment of jams that Martin's mother makes, and more. He even made us scrambled eggs one morning. The pool looked amazing, but it was unfortunately too cold to use it when we were there. Martin also speaks excellent English, which is a plus.

Great and light private room in the heart of Nice features accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Nice, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. Oh, it is awesome, no more words needed, highly recommend. If you are looking for authetnic French stay, this is the place. 15 min from the beach and a lovely host ☺

Set 11 km from Chateau de Grimaud, Le Cabanon de Val offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. very well decorated, very clean, very comfortable and the couple who run it are really very nice!

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. Everything was very clean and updated. The room has a small fridge and plenty of space, and we had a balcony looking out on the gorgeous view of the Mediterranean. The staff couldn’t have been nicer! The hotel is west of the airport and not right in Nice, but unless you want to spend your time in the city rather than by the water, the location is fantastic.

Providing pool views and a garden, La Mauresque provides accommodation in a prime location in Grimaud, within a short distance of Cigales Beach, Guerrevieille Beach and Vieux Moulin Beach. the hosts are amazing and the views from the property are beautiful!

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. Excellent room, clean, air con. Nice shower and excellent quality furnishings and linen. The pool and seating are private and enjoyable. The hot tub was hot ! And high quality. The breakfast had alot of choices. Secure onsite parking, just below our room. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating.

Soutariba features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, 1 km from Buse Beach. Our stay at Soutariba was simply perfect. The host was extraordinary helpful and welcoming. The views, rooms and breakfast were excellent.

Located within a few steps of Sun Beach and 100 metres of Plage de la Pinede, VILLA MIAMI provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Les Issambres. Beautiful modern villa with wonderful attention to detail to be found everywhere. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Service from the hosts was truly excellent, not least the magnificent breakfast served on the terrace each morning, the tips for local sightseeing and a surprise strawberry mojito to die for.
