Also, it was 1 min away to the waterbus which was GREAT! The owner was hospitable and generous. I highly recommend this place.

Housed in a 14th century building at the heart of Venice, Luxury Venetian Rooms is less than 200 metres from Saint Mark's Square and Basilica, and 250 metres from the Ducal Palace. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and original Venetian furnishings. It was really great, our room was upgraded to a suite. Also, Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy options as well. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels changed.

The rooms in the guest house are equipped with a flat-screen TV. All rooms include a private bathroom and free toiletries, and some units at Residenza Elisabetta have a balcony. Guest rooms at the accommodation feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. Some rooms have a shared kitchen, while the Two-Bedroom Apartment has a private one. Where do we start?! From the moment we made the booking to arriving this beautiful very centrally located B&B we were made to feel special and so very welcome. We have stayed at many places in Europe and Worldwide and have never received a warmer, friendlier welcome than we did from Andrea & Carla. Andrea was brilliant, suggesting places to visit and recommendations for places to eat, we were not disappointed. Our apartment was beautifully/tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean. There was a communal kitchen which was very well stocked with various beverages, hot & cold as well as numerous snacks (all included in the price). Breakfast was delivered for your room at 7am in the morning, a great selection of cold meats, cheeses, fresh croissants and rolls. There are many 5* venues out and about that could learn a lesson from Residenza Elisabetta. Thank you again for making our stay such a pleasurable experience. John & Kathy (Menorca)

Everything in our stay was perfect! from the rooms that were equipped with everything you need for a comfortable night sleep, an elevator to lift the bags which is greatly appreciated in Italy, and above all, the incredible Emmi’s breakfast! She had everything freshly cooked (you will love her frittatas with bacon, cherry tomatoes with rucola and amazing home made tarts) we will be dreaming about that breakfast for a long time! We’ll definitely be back to Verona to enjoy her dreamy terrace in the future.
