Stuff is super nice, providing suggestions and clarifications needed always with a smile and professionalism. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be back if in Palermo!

The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

We can’t be more pleased about our choice to stay here! Absolutely everything about the place is perfect, the location (close to main tourist spots and lovely food streets where you can enjoy a glass of wine or excellent dinner), the charming room with views of the room to the S. Domenico church decorated with exquisite taste and equipped with everything you may need and more! But most of all, we loved Silvia and her hospitality that made us feel like home. Thanks!! If we ever come back, we will stay here for sure, 100% recommend.

The space was clean & comfortable. 10 mins walk to an arch that starts you along via Vittoria Emanuele. Very affordable pizzeria 5 mins down street.
