Offering a shared lounge and sea view, sana mane is situated in Naoshima, 600 metres from Naoshima Pavillion and less than 1 km from Sumiyoshi-taisha Temple. With a garden, the 4-star luxury tent has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard.

We had friends that recommended another property that was booked. We are so glad, because we found Sana Mane!! Our Glamp Dome had water front sunrise views a private dining bunker that was the best meal experience of our vacation, our host was so friendly and helped with everything from sauna, meals and transpo. An intimate property close to nature yet high in creature comforts. This is a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and very private. You will love it. And yes, there's a bathroom and heat in your dome-- it's better than a hotel room!

We loved the location, only a 10-15 minute walk from the port, and beautifully located by a beach. Both the tents and the sauna was excellent. Plus we really liked the breakfast.

The tents were located close to the port and on a quiet island corner. The tent and main dome structure and platform were beautiful, and we had our own eating cabin adjacent to our tent. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. The option to curtain off the large clear windows was great and it helped keep in some of the warmth as we stayed on a very cold and rainy day. A woman kindly picked us up and drove us to the site and carried our bags to our tent. They used the Line app to communicate, which was helpful and easy.

We had the traditional cottage and it was great. Very Japanese but with a western style bath outside looking ver the bay to the sunset. The other accom was very modern and nice. A short walk up a steep hill from the Ferry.

I really liked the deck upstairs which overlooked the sea. Ideal spot for sunset. However it would have been better if it had a cover or canopy to make it an all weather area. As we had rain it couldn’t be used a lot. It was nice that we were picked up at the ferry and taken back to it as it’s a rather longish walk with baggage.

The owner was a delight. She picked us up from the ferry and took us to the accomodation. Really lovely person! As for the room, had everything you need and it was so special to use the terrace and watch the sunset over the water. Bliss. Also loved the added touch of providing toast every morning. Very thoughtful.

A great place to stay in Naoshima! First, the location is very peaceful and it is directly in front of the sea - great to wake up or to enjoy the afternoon after visiting the island. The location is amazing as you can see the Benesse House Museum and the yellow pumpkin from Kusama from there - very close! The rooms (tents) are basic but have all you need and are not too cold.
