Probably the best budget hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Centrally located, absolutely clean and comfortable and with all the amenities. Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed and aircon that blows nice and cold. Sento is basic but very polished and nice to have. Overall excellent value.
All the staff are friendly and kind. The facilities are really clean and the rooms give you a lot of privacy for a hostel. Very good location too. I want to give a shoutout to the German girl who checked me in very late and the Japanese staff member who helped me sort out payment
The traditional japanese style room was small but tidy and comfortable, with a pretty view on the water. The owner is very friendly and prepares tasty meals, both breakfast and dinner are recommended.
Breakfast was exceptional. Little laundry was very convenient. Location is perfect for all the Atom bomb stuff and is a short hop on tram or bus to downtown and other tourist attractions. Staff very friendly and speak enough English to make life easy. Quiet location but lots of places to eat nearby.
Friendly staff, quiet neighbour, spacious capsules, cafe with breakfast downstairs.
The location was very convenient, close to a bus stop, a convenience store and a shrine. The staff were friendly and efficient!
It was very conveniently located and easy to use once you have checked in. Clean and simple, modern and Japanese
The Hotel is well appointed and very classy in its own way. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and there is always service with a smile. It has the charm of a Japanese hotel but they have also added the uniqueness of European influences in that area. The dining area is classy and a combination of both Japanese and European culture including the food served.
Rather a capsule hotel than a hostel, with all the benefits this brings in terms of privacy. The separate space isn't even filled entirely by the bed so that there's even some space to keep the luggage. The cabins are made entirely of wood which makes for good, well breathable air. Towels and toothbrushes are provided abundantly. Common facilities are in excellent condition and thoroughly cleaned every day. Location is convenient as well.
Location is quite convenient to get around Nagasaki. It is well equipped and maintained guesthouse with large kitchen, ample washrooms and showers.. Stayed in clean and neat Japanese tatami style room next to a small garden. Clean towels for use, this is great. Quiet neighbourhood so you will get a nice rest. The host is very friendly and hospitable
