The customer service was a definite highlight for me especially when we had an emergency and ended up leaving our previously booked accommodation. We called up the emergency Line at midnight And spoke to an amazing lady named cass who was accommodating and made our stressful night just a little better. Whenever we had an issue, she always answered the calls and she was friendly, courteous and professional.
Also, the cleaning staff were wonderful to deal with. They always go past extras if we asked for it and the room was very clean and better than I expected.

A lovely area to stay with lots of beautiful bays and beaches to explore. There seems to be plenty of activities to partake in (kyaking tours and river cruises), but it pays to book ahead to make sure you get to do them.

Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Views from balcony over water and jetty very nice. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately they were fully booked and there were no car spaces left under the building. Bit disconcerting when random cars are driving through checking out cars in the undercover parking area. It's a beautiful little town which is very relaxing to stay at. The only downside is the lack of food options on a weeknight, and lack of quality restaurants. The atmosphere is great, the marinas and views of the bay are lovely. Accessibility is great and you are walking distance to alot. Cassies Beach is wonderful and clean - perfect for families with kids. Sam's Pizza is absolutely divine for a full belly feed at a reasonable price. The BoatShed had amazing fresh fish and chips! Unfortunately most businesses and restaurants are closed on Sundays and it is hard to find somewhere to dine.Shelby

There are plenty of things to do in your downtime (pool, relax in a hammock by the lake…which was unexpected, sit in the pavilion overlooking the lake). Breakfast was easygoing. A short walk over the bridge to the heart of Batemans Bay. The beds were extremely comfortable and our cabin was beach front with heaps of room for the kids to run around. The amities were fantastic as we walked around the resort. Kids loved the jumping pillow and putt putt. Laundry was clean and so easy to use with the washing machine and dryer app. Even thought we only stayed one night it is definitely a place we will book again when we are down that way.
