Great breakfast, quiet location with secure parking, very helpful host who speaks good English.
The room was comfy and good. I had the cleaner breathing down my neck cause I checked out right on 10am. This place lacked atmosphere, and the breakfast wasn't great.Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Although a town of fairly humble origins (agglomerated villages) it has a UNESCO world heritage site : the Four Lifts. I recommend cycling along the canal and admiring them. When following the canal, there is also, at Thieu, a magnificent view on the new Lift (which is gargantuan).
There are some decent restaurants in the centre of the town.

We arrived at La Louviere late at night and after a terrible journey. The welcome we got was just what was needed - big smiles with the staff friendly and welcoming. We had booked a family room which was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good, with good selection. This was a quick overnight stay for an onward journey so location with easy access to the motorway was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
My stays at the Orange Hotel are consistently pleasant. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the added perk of free parking is appreciated. Having a restaurant next door with great meal selection enhances the overall experience. The walking distance to one of the tallest boat lifts in Europe is a unique bonus. It's undoubtedly my favorite place to stay when visiting the area.
A very helpful young man at the reception helped in every way possible ,spoke very good english . Hotel located in the center of the city , many parking possibilites around the vicinity . The price was very good , the room was okay and clean ....Because it is located in the center , expect some wild shenanigans on the weekend in the streets .
Nice family hotel right on the town square and easily accessible with free parking all around the city square with great atmosphere. The personel is warm and really welcoming and will gobeyond standard service to meet your needs and make your stay comfortable. The rooms are really clean and tidy. No uncomfortable smells.
Modern well equipped hotel with all amenities. Very good breakfast which is served for sufficiently long interval. Free parking big enough for a fully booked hotel. Very convenient access, just 300m off the highway, 15min to Mons, 25min to the Charleroi airport.
We had a wonderful stay in a very clean, well maintained hotel. Had great communication with the reception before and during our stay, we thank them very much for their help. We also highly recommend La Planche restaurant next door to the hotel. A bientot! :)
The family room was great. On the ground floor. Doors wide enough for the twins buggy to go straight in. Room big enough for all of us, including two cats. The hotel lived up to its name - breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice
The room was fairly clean. Staff was nice, although we did not speak the language and communication was a bit difficult.
The room was clean everytime we came back into the hotel. Beds were made and fresh linnen was laid on.
Great Breakfast, comfortable beds, nice size rooms, very quiet well insulated, space to walk dogs on the property, lots of free parking, Restaurant just next to the hotel.
Wonderful, very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed, breakfast the best I ever had in a hotel. Staff speaks english in contrast to the rest of the town :)
Clean and new hotel nearby the highway. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice decorated rooms and bathroom. No noise from the highway. Large parking lot.
