The hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently next to the US Consulate, making it stress-free for traverlers like myself that come to that region for visa interviews. The facilities are superb, with an outstanding breakfast and delightful dining options. Additionally, the 11th floor boasts a top-notch fitness center, relaxation area, and my personal favorite, a dry sauna that truly made my day. While it was a bit pricier than anticipated, the experience it offers is exceptional. If you're willing to pay the price, it's definitely worth it.

Breakfast is fairly good. Location is excellent (for my purpose of visiting São Paulo). The room is very spacious and clean. The Broken AC is the cause of all my negative comments. They offered a price discount but that does not cool you off when the temperature is in the upper 80sF.
