What did I like? - the exterior of the building was eneough to raise the alarm. The first impression was of serious neglect. This was further confirmed upon entry to reception. This area also reflected neglect, carpet needed vacuuming, dust everywhere and receptionist finally appeared a few minutes after ringing bell. After a conversation regarding the location of room, located on first floor, not suitable for my wife with mobilty issues, we were offered a ground floor room for a higher price. We declined and left.
