the heater in the room did not work..it was very cold outside. We were not offered any solutions to problem...staff did not seem to be concerned. If it wasnt late in the evening and if we were not leaving early next morning...we would have demanded a different room...but it was not worth the hassle. Very disappointing..all around. Room was substandard, hallways smelled bad and staff was indifferent. We would not pay even 5 dollars for that room! Would not recommend to anyone!!

Excellent location, tram and buses are right at the door step. The walk from hotel to prague castle was beautiful. The breakfast surpassed expectations (live omellete, panncakes, eggs, yougurt bowls, cheese etc).

Lovely room decorated with care, nice bathroom too. Comfortable bed. We loved the location, away from the crowds of the old town but easy to reach all touristic spots by tram (which work very well and come by very often). The neighborhood has several restaurants and bars nearby where we could have nice traditional meals and drinks. There is also a beer garden in the large garden nearby, which is walking distance away. Breakfast was varied. Great value for money

The room was ready for an early check in when we arrived around 10, it was very clean and super comftable. At least 3 power ports in room, AC was working good. They also sent us a complementary simple wine to the room.
