Room was clean bed comfortable, Registration staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issues were in the dining room. Waiters didn't speak or understand English. We were provided menus in English and even after pointing to our choices. My partner didn't get his dinner orderrd, but got a large salad. I asked for another glass of wine, pointing to my empty glass and asking for "vinho". I got a bottle of mineral water instead. Coffee was also hard to get at breakfast.

We were upgraded to a corner room on the top floor, with views to the sea and over the plaza. Carmen welcomed us and was really warm and helpful during our stay. If we come back to Vigo we will stay here again.

Recently renovated, modern, clean! Excellent central location, lots of restaurants, mall with supermarket close by, lots to see. Historic Parque Monte del Castro also close. Friendly and helpful at front desk, same person also handles the bar/cafe, very efficient!
