Excellent location: the entrance is in the wall of the old city; easily accessible by bus/taxi from the train station. & a three minute walk away, there's an escalator to ascend into the old city.

Pleasant gardens & pool. (I didn't bathe in the pool; it was April, which is out-of-season.)

The three staff members at the desk (same woman at early afternoon arrival and rather early departure...excellent English and help! Two fine and easy-English male staff at desk other times. They all three could not have been more gracious and helpful! I was totally delighted!
