It is small village.
It is small village. No shop but 3 bars/restaurants, not bad. it is very remote area in the middle of island that mean it is far to everywhere but not too far and not too close either if you know what i mean :) Good point it is close to Airport and Caleta de Fueste, 10-15min drive only. Also, a good place if you want to explore mountains and beautiful roads through them, close to Betancuria and Ajuy which is not known by average tourist but have beautiful grottas ! must go to Ajuy ! Triquivijate is good if you want very quiet place but not too long :) Also close to Antigua, 10min drive and very cheap Dino in Antigua. Much cheaper than in tourist area and very good quality food plus few good restaurants, no nightlife. Must have car in triquivijate and drive it through the mountains, roads are amazing once you go off the tourist tracks ! But remember there is absolutely nothing thereSlav76United Kingdom
