Very very helpful staff. I used the airport shuttle to/from town and those were always on time with friendly drivers. I would definitely stay again with my family. I wish that that there was a television in the room.

Restaurant within 50m (part of the hotel) Great breakfast Bus that costs you less then taking a taxi provided from the hotel to take you to the 2 major points (attractions) of Lapland Trying to avoid as much as food waste as possible ! We weren't very lucky as it was very cloudy so we didn't see the northern lights but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We booked the snowmobile excursion for the morning, we had a nice lunch and then we booked the private sauna and jacuzzi. The dinner we got at the restaurant was very good as well. After the check out we were also able to visit for free the ice hotel. Definitely I would recommend it.
