We have used Auberge de Costaroche many times over the years as the perfect stop off from Calais to the alps. Easy day drive, get up early in ski gear, skiing by mid morning. An extra days skiiing! It is such a great start to holidays in the alps.

We have been here before and loved it. The town is full of character yet feels intimate. The apartment has everything you need and also full of character.
Be sure to find out the door code before leaving the building.
The accommodation was beautiful, very spacious, modern, new, immaculate and tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel itself very peaceful. A very secure gated environment (on arrival just ring & they will open the gate marked Domitys). There is free, no height limit parking, easy access WiFi and a lift to the accommodation. This is definitely value for money & I would strongly recommend.
We stayed here for one night before heading to Val Thorens. The location is great, a little bit outside of Albertville in a medieval looking part, very romantic! Rooms are spacious with nice beds, and a separate kitchen. Note that you cannot park your car in front of the apartment but very close by. The owner was very friendly and also booked a restaurant for us. The breakfast is ok, not a lot of choice but it was fine for us.
Very nice central location. The motorcycle could be put in the underground car park. After a long day of travel, there were surprisingly two beers in front of the room - that felt good. The high season was over, which meant there was time for nice conversations with the owner of the hotel. Otherwise, of course, an ideal location for motorcycle tours along the Route des Grandes Alpes.
The location was superb. the medieval area of Albertville (Conflans) is stunning. The owner recommended a stunning restaurant, Les 16 Cloches, to us which was about a 10 minute drive away in the hills. The food was superb, and every dish explained by the waiter, it was all locally sourced and delicious. It was not a cheap evening, but hugely enjoyable, the restaurant was full.
Beautiful appartment located in the medieval city of Conflans in the outskirts of Albertville, beyond comparison the most beautiful part of Albertville. The owner is very helpful. The view from the appartment (we stayed at the second floor) was fantastic. The kitchen is well equiped. The appartment was cosy and clean. There is a garden you can use as guests.
We stopped for overnight stay and we expected kind of a business hotel. It is located just at the entry to the city, very convinient for business travelers or those who just want to make a quick stop and continue the next day. Services are good and breakfast are ok. Plenty of parking space. In case you are McDonalds fun, there is just nearby a McDonalds :).
Very good location only a short walk from the town centre. Garage for our motorbike was a bonus. Friendly staff pointed us in the right direction when we needed it such as nearest bar or garage. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel if preferred.
Breakfast could be eaten in the courtyard if you fancied being outside which was a nice touch
The location is incredible. The rooms of the Savoie suite are well decorated and fit the medieval city. The upstairs suite was more modern. It was very nice, nice in the savoir, sweet in many ways, but the modern decor didn’t make me feel like I was staying in a medieval village.
Good hotel close to main road, but on quiet location. Rooms are big and warm. Big private parking and restaurant in hotel. Breakfast is really good with many different types of food. Check-inn and out was 2 minutes job.
A basic but comfortable hotel right in the centre of the Citadel. Breakfast was simply excellent with a great range of meats, cheeses, fresh breads and croissants. All in all an great stay and amazing value.
The hotel was not expensive yet has a lot of charm. Additionally, the owners are fantastic with any help you need. I stayed there 3 nights and really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay there again.
Nice quiet area
We specifically wanted to stay in Albertville, as we visited at Christmas several years ago. And as we were travelling back to UK from southern France we used it as a stop over.
