the location could possibly be the best in Carcassonne. Great view of the lit-walls at night and a very short walk to the gate. The grounds are wonderful yo just relax in when returning from inside the old city...The room was clean and the bathroom was a good size with good toiletries.The pillow was perfect for my specific needs...Our constant contact at the front desk, Hugo, kept good care of us by answering our questions when needed and served us a good breakfast...

The position of the hotel, with an amazing view over the citadel. The staff was amazing, they helped us anytime we asked them, even booking a taxi for us in the evening for the next day.
