My husband needed special assistance and this was promptly provided especially on our return journey when the gentleman wheeled my husband right out to the bus stop. This gentleman was extremely courteous and couldn't do enough for us.

Could not fault the Lodge, if travelling by bus out to accommodation make sure it’s the Europa Airport Bus from the appropriate bus station, and ask bus driver to stop right at the door of Lodge. If travelling by car or taxi there is no problem.

Aldergrove airport itself is dated and dull and needs major investment, the approach roads to the airport need investment while the shopping choices are very poor. No information desk or customer service desk in the arrivals section, no staff assistance or announcements on delayed baggage.
Staff on duty throughout the airport are fantastic very attentive, mannerly and helpful throughout , but the building and surroundings requires major investment in order to attract more tourism to Northern Ireland.

Very disappointing .
Very disappointing . It was not clean and had little Covid 19 protection measures in place. The food in the restaurant was of a poor standard and service was slow. The TV in our room did not work properly and reception were unable to sort it. We would recommend others to think carefully before booking this hotel. We will never use it again when travelling from Belfast International airport or making any other visit to Belfast.
We had a lovely stay at the Ballyrobin Lodge. The location was very easy to reach from the airport, and only a short trip into Belfast. The room was a good size and had a big comfortable bed. We appreciated the large bath too. The breakfast was very well organised and we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant too. The staff were very friendly and they helped arrange a shuttle to the airport. Overall we had a lovely stay!
I loved this hotel! It looked lovely, & the location was perfect for easily accessing the airport. They had a shuttle service to Belfast International which was just brilliant.
The breakfast buffet was delicious too! And great value for under £10.
The team are so friendly & helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We will visit again
Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel couldn't be closer to the airport terminal (no noticeable aircraft noise). 20 minutes to Belfast by car. Good food and great value for money. I would certainly stay here again if flying from the International Airport. Highly recommended.
Perfect location, close the airport. Friendly reception and clean, high quality room. Breakfast really good value; good selection, well prepared and very helpful staff. Much better then the normal airport hotel I used previously, would highly recommend.
The location is extremely convenient. The hotel is nice and the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was quite good. Our flight was cancelled so we did not planned this stay, however I would totally stay there if I had a early flight for example.
The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast. There was a lot of choice and the food was well cooked and hot. The hotel was quiet considering it was next to the airport and the beds were very comfortable
Very convenient to the airport, just across the road. We had a long day traveling, a final late flight in and wanted to get a good nights sleep before starting the final phase of our trip the next morning.
Toilet was blocked, soap dispenser wasn't functioning and an employee shouted across the breakfast room that we had paid for room only - we had paid for breakfast as extra when we arrived at the hotel.
