All the staff I met, in particular the breakfast waitresses were very helpful and gave me the quickest directions to the venue that I had to attend that morning. Really good breakfast (vegetarian) Lovely room.

Dinner the first night was 1st class, had the best dessert ever, mango & coconut cheesecake (out of this world 😋) The room was spotless with the most comfortable mattress. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and it was table service for the hot food rather than those horrible buffets other hotels have. The hotel is gorgeous and in a beautiful setting. This will be my go to hotel when in Glasgow.
