Difficult to have access to the key for the entrance door. I could not open the box: I called the host who told me I had to pull the lid while pushing the button down, but there is a way to pull the lid which I discovered by chance after several attempts.
As for the lock of my room, I think it needed to be oiled as it was difficult to lock from inside.

Perfect location in the very center of London, yet a bit away from the super busy and overcrowded areas. Ideal for families (and not only) to explore the city, on foot and using the public transport. Rooms are designed for families, with a sleeping room, a large sofa for the kids and a kitchenette. Adequate space in the room and closets to unpack and keep your clothes sorted or suitcases stored and covered. Breakfast was rich and absolutely delicious, indeed it sometimes requires a bit of patience to get a table, still it's manageable and you see the staff doing their best to satisfy all guests. They lie about the £50 credit just for people to give a gd review whether honesty or lies but Yh there’s no service and I have to go outside to use my phone and they have a tiny kitchen and the Tv just says no internet connection and it’s far from a train station

The Host seemed very Dodgy. Booked my place , but when I turned up, there was NO vacancy. The host NEVER came to see me in person. Used a Lycra mobile phone- which is difficult to track.
He was directing me to book elsewhere.
Avoid with a Bargepole.
