Overlooking the Firth of Forth railway bridge, The Hawes Inn by Innkeeper's Collection, is just 20 minutes’ drive from the historical city center of Edinburgh.

It was a nice traditional pub and an excellent restaurant. The staff were fantastic.
Boutique bedrooms and 3 levels of outside decking make the most of Orocco Pier's waterside setting.

The location was grand! From low tide to high tide it was a short stay but it was ideally placed and BEST CHOICE near the airport. Great high street shops, Bakeries, pubs with a little bit of history sewn in everywhere. Bright early May afternoon, blustery skies and sparkling waters, the wharf and harbour views were dazzling from every angle and the two restaurants at the hotel were fantastic. Had the freshest seafood, One of the Best Meals I enjoyed in all of Scotland! The Samphire Restaurant provided a wonderful window seat amid their busy dining room where I enjoyed tremendously the delicious small plates and freshest oysters, clams, langoustine, squid, prawns, scallops. Buttery herbs bursting from every shell. Oooohh, the lemon and herb smoked Mackerel paté on charcoal artisan biscuits (crispy crackers) with pea shoot and rocket salad was incredible!
With just a few notes and back and forth through Booking.com the staff communicated amongst themselves in order to be prepared for my pre-dawn departure. Someone was waiting for me when I came down and assisted me in every way from the moment I arrived to the moment I Departed.
The room was immaculate! The shower head was ideal, the towels were soft and large and the full bottles of Sea Kelp amenities made in Scotland were lovely.
An 8-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport, ibis Budget Hotel Edinburgh Park lies just off the City of Edinburgh Bypass and 30 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh Park Train Station.

Basic but all you need for the night. It’s clean and has a good “all in one” bar and mini restaurant

The largest room I've been for the last couple of years travelling, super clean, comfortable beds, bus stop to city center, to airport or to Glasgow, is right next to the hotel. Restaurant is great.
A charming stone-built Victorian villa dating back to the 1880s, Corstorphine Lodge Hotel is located on the A8, which links Edinburgh Airport to the city center.

It's really easy to find by car. Also easy access to the train station for trains into Edinburgh plus close to the airport.
Lovely welcome upon arrival.
A friendly, family-run hotel located in one of Fife's picturesque coastal villages, specializing in fresh fare, using local Scottish produce where possible.

Queensferry is a lovely place to walk around.
Queensferry is a lovely place to walk around. There are lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops. I had lunch at the Railbridge Bistro and a lovely dinner at the Thirty Knots restaurant. There are nice little shops to browse in. Queensferry is very near Edinburgh and there is an excellent train service into the city from Dalmeny Station.

Great place to base yourself for trips to Edinburgh or Livingston. Our son loved watching the trains cross the forth rail bridge, the aquarium and the ice cream at the little parlour. Breakfast at down the hatch was also delicious.

On this occasion, I did not stay long but it is a very interesting place with easy access to all parts of Scotland thanks to the Forth Bridges. There are small shops as well as supermarkets and lots of lovely places to eat, most with spectacular views while you eat. I think the best thing is just wandering around on foot, without needing a car, and exploring.

We stayed at Orocco Pier in the middle of the High Street which has fantastic views of the Three Bridges over the Forth River.
Enjoyed a great meal at Scott’s at Port Edgar Marina. Free parking for customers.
Lovely cafes and coffee shops available.
Parking can be difficult but we’ve managed each time we’ve visited.

The Dakota Edinburgh is very conveniently located near the international airport. The hotel/airport shuttle was always available. If you have an event at the Dundas Castle, this is the place to stay. It is a short mile from the hotel. Queensferry to Edinburgh is about a 1/2 hour drive.
It was great. The owner was very kind and solved all the problems we had. I couldn't speak much English, but she explained everything to me carefully. And when you go out into the hallway you can hear the parrots whistling. It's very pleasant. The bus stop to Edinburgh was just a 3-minute walk away, so the location was great. It's not a hotel, so it's a bit inconvenient, but the price is reasonable and the owner is a great person, so I'm very satisfied. Thank you very much.
Location was great - S. Queensferry wonderful in and of itself; perfect base for exploring Edinburgh (bus stop just a few steps away). The loft was perfect for our needs; nice kitchen, very comfy queen-size (or maybe king-size?) bed, well-equipped kitchen. Loved the video provided prior as a "user's manual". Every lodging has different systems (access, heat, etc); really appreciated not having to figure out how things work in the Loft.
Staff were great - had a larger room than I expected for just one person. The breakfast choices are good and I tried the full Scottish including Haggis, black pudding and lorne sausage. I love South Queensferry so I always enjoying walking and eating in this little village. The bus to Edinburgh worked perfectly for me.
We were looking for something close to the airport with easy access. We had a rental car and also needed parking. This fit the bill for location. Hotel was very interesting. When we walked in, thought we were in a nightclub with the dark fixtures and walls. Hotel was very comfortable and quiet.
The location was central to Edinburgh, Stirling, and the roads that head to the Highlands. The house was extremely well kept, beautiful, impeccably clean, and had all the modern amenities. The instruction binder on-site was thorough and left no questions unanswered.
We had the double room with the balcony. It was a beautiful room, small, but efficient. The balcony made it worth it. I wish we spent more than one night there. Samphire grill was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. I only wish we spent more time there!
Lovely welcome, comfortable clean room with fab views. Perfect location for everything we planned. Managed to get free parking a short distance from the property. Plenty of eating places within south queensferry, overall a great stay
The location is excellent and we had some food and drinks, which were very good. The staff were very friendly and everything was comfortable and clean. The hotel and public areas are decorated to a high standard.
Perfect in every way ! Queensferry is just amazingly beautiful and charming.
Incredible breakfast, welcoming and lovely host.
Extremely comfortable and just 30mn from Edinburgh.
Would recommand blindfolded !
See above. Carole made us more than welcome and brought extra logs for the fire. South Queensferry is a perfect spot, easy walkable access to Dalmeny Station for a 20 minute trip to Edinburgh.
Location exceptional. House has character. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful. Abercorn estate and surroundings lovely. Good base for seeing Scotland especially Edinburgh.
