This is such a special place. It's close enough to town to be easy to get around, but far enough away that you feel like you're away from it all. Every person who works there is a star, from the ladies who make the food, to the management, to the horse riding guides. Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I can't wait to come back and stay longer and pet all the dogs.

For me it is a town of love in Kakheti. We visited it 3 times: in spring, summer and winter and it was lovely every time. Tasty food in all restaurants we tried and good home wine in all guest houses where we stayed.
Signaghi is an old town on the top of hill surrounded by the wine valley. That is why it is a good place not only for vacation, but also for a marriage. There is a very beautiful, small and cosy marriage hall and after the ceremony you can just go for a walk in the town to do nice photos, because the town saved the fortress wall and old church. There are several houses for a rent where you can stay with guests and of course there are restaurants if you want to have a dinner after ceremony there.

Great views of the mountains.
Great views of the mountains. In winter its warmer than Tblisi.
The locals are laid back. No chance you can find coffee at 10 in the morning. No decent Americano can be had in this place.
The town opens after 10.30 am or 11.

We were there mid October at the hight of the wine harvest.
We were there mid October at the hight of the wine harvest. It is a great time to visit Sighnaghi! There are plenty of restaurants and cafes, and lots of things to see. It is a perfect place also to start excursions into the neighbouring villages and the wine lands. Overall a very relaxed and totally hassle-free atmosphere that really invites to stay longer. Fantasic views also from Sighnaghi into the Alasani valley.

Sighnaghi is one of the prettiest towns I've ever seen.
Sighnaghi is one of the prettiest towns I've ever seen. We stayed at Nana's Guesthouse which we would highly recommend. The house is lovely and Nana was really helpful. We ate at Pheasant's Tears and it was an incredible meal and wine tasting. The views from the castle walls are worth exploring as well. I would love to stay longer and walk around the city more, as well as visit more wineries. We visited Cherkeza's Zedashe on the recommendation of Nana who set up our visit, and really enjoyed learning about traditional kveri winemaking while we tried some excellent wines and chacha. This would be a great place to visit to see a small family winery in Kakheti!

Lovely village and very nice and friendly villagers.
Lovely village and very nice and friendly villagers. Great place to do wine hopping because each restaurant has their own wine. One of the place we like the most is Traveler Hotel and restaurant. Their wine is amazing and the food is tasty. One day is more than enough to explore the whole town. But if you like to chill out in a different restaurant with a nice view you and stay a little bit longer.

Sighnaghi is a quiet town but the sights are incredible.
Sighnaghi is a quiet town but the sights are incredible. We hiked there everyday from the Lost ridge with our toddler, the hike is straightforward and easy. Bodbe St Nino’s convent is nearby and well worth a visit
The best part of the trip was the host Irakli! There was never a time we met him when he was not smiling! He was also super informative, told us quite a bit about Sighnaghi and Georgia! Also helped us get around the area and contacted the wine tour for us as well.
The view of the hotel was also fantastic! On a sunny day you could see really far and it was breathtaking!
And ofc not to mention Zoozie(the real owner of the hotel) is super friendly as well, always seeking attention and love🐈
The owners and staff were warm and welcoming. They included us in a family birthday, which coincided with one of our birthdays. Just lovely and generous people. The beds were the most comfortable we’d had in three weeks of vacation! The views from our balconies and the hotel restaurant were superb. Location was perfect for accessing the town.
Nato & Lado was the best possible choice for my stay in Sighnaghi. Not only is the guesthouse very centrally located and has a great, cozy atmosphere, but, most of all, Nato's family is a great example of why people always speak of the famous georgian hospitality. I would recommend Nato & Lado to everyone without hesitation!
Very nice small hotel run by a family. We liked especially the room with terrace and the nice view towards the town of Sighnaghi. The home-made breakfast was excellent. There is also a little kitchen for all guests to prepare coffee or tea and to store things in a fridge.
The town of Sighnaghi is just a short walk away.
Everything. The family is extremely nice, welcomed us with wine and fruits, prepared the most amazing breakfast and helped us organize our trip. True Georgian hospitality. I can only recommend. They have a big terrace with a wonderful view over Sighnaghi and the mountains. Didi Madloba! I hope to come back.
Our stay in lost ridge was the most memorable part of our Georgia trip. the whole ranch is dreamy and peaceful. the room size is perfect for couple. Ms Tamara and the staff of the hotel and cafe were all very welcoming. Had fun in horse riding and cooking lessons. Very Highly recommend this place.
Very friendly family and very clean rooms, this was the occasion to really get to know locals and see how they live. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the location very quiet. They had a cot for our 6-month old baby. Overall, probably best value for money for a big group in Sighnaghi.
Nice new BB in the old town.
The host lady doesn't speak, but she uses Google Translate.
The usual excellent and plentiful Georgian breakfast. The breakfast is accompanied by a cat, which quickly took over the command of us. (It's worth sleeping in small BBs for things like this.)
Great stay.
Wonderful staff- hotel manager couldn't have been be more helpful.
The cook (and her daughter) made some of the best food we've ever tasted.
Pool was the nicest I've been in-the view of the valley is stunning.
Dzviad who was managing the hotel was very kind and supportive, he is ready to help with anything.
Hotel itself is located right in the middle, in a cozy and calm area. Loved this place
