Driving through the Vikos Gorge area and heading out the next morning to Meteora, this was the perfect spot for us to spend the night after a long day of driving. Very comfortable and charming room, the grounds are lovely, and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

The village was almost empty in late April - we were the only people staying at our hotel, and we met only one more tourist couple in the whole village. One of the two restaurants our host recommended in the village was closed - we ate at the other one which was very good. The location is pretty central to the usual sights in Zagori. Ano Pedina is an excellent choice if you care to visit Zagori villages. It has many high quality guest houses and 2 amazing dinning places, Amalia's and Sotiria's. No pass-through traffic, quite and picturesque. We will visit again and again!RANGOUSSI - 10Scored 10

Ano Pedina is a great place to stay if you want to visit Zagoria but prefer to avoid crowds. It offers a slightly more "boutique" experience off the beaten track, and more diverse options for food and refreshments than the strictly "traditional". The village is quiet and the development is low-key and high-quality. Great views looking down the valley, very pleasant micro-climate.

Our room was very comfortable and bright with a fireplace. The breakfast was very very good (especially the homemade pies). The biggest asset of the hotel is the great staff. All of them were very friendly and eager to make our stay excellent. Special thanx to them being very flexible concerning the spa timetable in order to find a time for us. On the plus side, the use of the spa is free of charge. Definitely worth staying.

If you stay in the zagori region, then book this hotel. The tour information that they give are really great! Don't forget to eat at the hotel restaurant. Especially the rose wine with starters is great! Directly from the village there is a really nice hiking path up to a mountain top, 1:30h with great view!
