I loved being away from the popular resorts at the other end...
I loved being away from the popular resorts at the other end, people were very friendly, I did 4 day trips, it's an amazing island with great ambassadors. Some of the popular triples were a little too busy, i.e. sunset in Zia, but the shopping was out of this world, found a lovely pottery jewellery shop that was all local made, loved the restaurants on the beaches

Kefalos is the most beautiful place on island. It has beautiful nature, hills, there are options for off road experiences. It has the most beautiful and sandy beaches which are not too crowded. The water is christal clear and some beaches like Agios Theologos have beautiful sunset. It’s the perfect place to go if you want to relax in a quiet town Consider renting a car, the town is on a hill and not many taxis around. There’s plenty of car,4x4s, scooters, bikes and plenty more to rent with very affordable prices. If you wish to get an airport transfer, contact Ztours as they do transfers from the airport to Kéfalos for only €14/person. Also, check their other activities as they do trips to Kos Town, 3 Island cruises and plenty more for very good prices! The location of the guest house was fantastic, this family run business has so much things to offer within the accommodation from the guest house to Supermarket and beach front restaurant, it was very convenient which runs by the family. And the Guest house has a private beach huts too the beach has the best views. my stayed in the property has been very enjoyable one and I could not find any fault about the property. The hosts are all super helpful and friendly, Mr Harry was one fun and happy bubbly cheerful guy always greeted me "how are you my son" it makes me feel like home :) I'll be coming back soon!

The local beach is 10-15 min walk from the apartment and is mixed sand & pebble with very clean water. There are also several extremely good beaches on both the windy and the quiet sides of the island that can be reached within 10-15 minutes by car. It is the best place to stay because it is near all the little shops and restaurants of the village but also near the most beautiful beaches of the island. The structure is freshly renowned and Tina is an amazing host, a real authentic strong Greek woman who loves to take care of her hosts. We will surely come back!
