Sivota Deamaris Luxury Boutique Hotel, hotel in Sivota

Located in Sivota, 800 metres from Gallikos Molos Beach, Sivota Deamaris Luxury Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

A surprisingly stylish, modern boutique hotel overlooking the sea with spacious, contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The space in the room was cleverly executed with a good sized wardrobe, coffee station, a terrific shower and great toiletries. There's a lovely terraced garden overlooking the bay with comfortable sunbeds and a path down to the sea and the swimming pool has a great view. We stayed for three nights at the end of September and would have stayed longer except they were closing for the winter. Breakfast was good with options cooked to order and it was only a ten minute walk into the middle of town for dinner.

Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town. Lots of boats coming to the marina, lots of nice hotels, and great beaches. A good selection of restaurants and bars, and shops. I would recommend to couples, families who like watersports, friends.

Sivota and the surrounding area constitute a concealed treasure within Epiros. Abundantly verdant, characterized by rolling hills, secret coves, and a mix of small to mid-sized beaches, it is an ideal destination for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

Sivota is a beautiful and quiet village with many beautiful beaches. From Sivota you can go to Acherontas River for rafting and swimming in the river, Perama Cave to see the Stalactites & Stalagmites and to Parga. Also you can take a cruise to Paxos and Antipaxos.

It is a sweet little town.

It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.

We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime) Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller. People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.

Sivota and for sure, Akropolis Hotel is the ideal place to spend your vacation days. The perfect spot for people who want to discover the Sivota beauties. Close to some beautiful beaches and the main infrastructure. The hosts, Emanuela is very friendly and hospitable, working with passion is ready to give any kind of information and help. The hotel room and the entire environment is super clean. The hotel staff, Vera and others, are very friendly and make sure that everything goes well. Yes, I will return to the Akropolis Hotel, Sivota.

Savota is a very nice place! Campare with other 4-star hotels in the same area, this one was the worst (we hade 5-day pleasant stay at another hotel nearby before we moved in this one due to lack of availability). If other 4-star hotels available, I do not recommend this one. The first day AC in our room (4-person sea view with pre-payment) did not work, we waited more than 6 hours and no one could help us. Finally my family (4 person) were moved to a 2-person room around 22:00, spend a very crowded night. The breakfast was awful.

Remarkable attention to detail, exceptional level of cleanliness and designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, the suite was a delight to stay in. Beautiful view of the surrounding hills, the town and Syvota bay. There was nothing missing, the manager and his immediate family were wonderful to interact with, prompt with attending to any request, provided ample info about the area (beaches, restaurants, sights), extremely kind and hospitable. Cannot say enough about the people and the units. Would gladly book again at this complex.

Wow... this was (by far) my best hotel experience in Greece: incredibly stylish, clean and comfy for a three star Hotel. Filakas is nested on Syvota's best spot: the hill that overlooks village's lovely harbour. Rooms are modern, clean and cozy, bathrooms are very well-finished and perfectly equipped... and our rooms had a nice balcony with a beautiful sea view. Everything in the Hotel runs smoothly and nicely, from the parking lot to the breakfast... frankly I never had anything like that, in Greece, for 73.5 euros per night.

Well, basically everything. The complex is located 5-10 minute walk from the village and there are lots of beaches nearby (10-15 minute drive). There is a leaflet inside the apartment which describes each beach (i.e. if it's deep, rocky, etc.). The apartment was absolutely amazing and clean. Konstantinos was a fabulous host, he gave us lots of tips so we could make the best of our time there. I definitely recommend Oikies high living complex for either a couple or a family vacation. We will go back there for sure.

The resort was the kind of place you could relax and enjoy your time with your family. Our room was nice and we felt like we were at home, it also had all the necessary equipment. The staff was lovely and friendly, I have been in many places but the people in Domotel were so nice and easy to talk to. The view of the hotel was incredible and the beach area was cozy and private. The hotel looked like an oasis and generally very clean.

The hotel is nice, with a small but nice beach, good breakfast. The location is 1.5 km from the city center on incredibly steep streets and access on foot is impossible. There is also no working restaurant in the hotel. So for lunch and dinner you have to travel to the city center. There is no cooking facilities in the rooms. Only on the beach there is a bar that offers sandwiches during the day.

Breakfast buffet was good with fresh, high quality goods. The breakfast terrace offers spectacular views. The property location is good with nice beach front and clear water. However, hotel guest privacy is compromised as management allows non-residents pay for umbrellas and use the beach. Over weekends the beach front gets noisy and overcrowded.
