Tangerang is a modest suburb of Jakarta adjacent to the main international airport. It comprises a modern development of high-rise blocks accommodating hotels and offices which serve the many visitors and tourists transiting through the airport, but is generally a humble, busy and somewhat chaotic neighbourhood. It has many small businesses along the road which may appeal to local customers but I did not see anything which would appeal to a visitor, even less a tourist. The hotels sit within an oasis of modern, good quality, gated calmness surrounded by the humble chaos described above. I felt perfectly safe and comfortable within the confines of the hotel but if it were not for the need or desire to stay at an airport hotel, I cannot think of any reason that a visitor would wish to spend time there.

Location was great around 10 minutes to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Free wifi extremely lousy. No wifi in the room. If you need to use wifi you must stay around the corridor to get signal. The banting at the lobby information are not accurate. 1) Wifi only at the corridor 2) Major credit cards accepted not true. I wanted to pay with my credit card they don’t accept and ask if I have a debit card. I give them my BigPay Visa (a debit card) but cannot be used. I have used my BigPay card at a few places in Jepara how come it can’t be use in major city like Jakarta???? So I have to pay my rooms with cash

So close to International Departures especially for Early...
So close to International Departures especially for Early morning travel. Even had Breakfast laid out in Lobby at 2am and all was great Hot water, couple of waters. Toothbrush and toothpaste and Comb too in bathroom. Room Service which for me was much needed just to hang in the room. Segregated Smoking area in main lobby so you don't have to leave hotel or smoke in room. Has a Gift Shop.

We went through Jakarta to Bali. if you are on a business trip then yes this Hotel is fine. But it is around 30-40 away from Airport. Also, we didn't like Jakarta for sightseeing much. but the Hotel facilities and open-air pool were nice.RupinderUnited Kingdom

The hotel is super easy to access, unlike the city. (Although there is some train connection, it's very complicated to figure out. And the city's awful traffic can make getting into the center of town problematic.) The breakfast was very good and the room very clean and comfortable.
