breakfast service is not good. staff is not really good in services. it takes too much time and staff is not really good in providing breakfast.

This hotel was a great place to stay. It is an older hotel with some upgrades. The rooms were quiet. The staff were wonderful. We had been put in a smaller double room the first night. I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning. They apologozed and moved us to a larger room with a street view as I had originally requested. They stated that on the first noght the hotel was very busy and that is why we unfortuately gave us a smaller room . The facilities were great and centrally located as the only hotel in town. Absolutely everything, it is remote and a car is required although we did get a taxi as we were out for a party in Kanturk. Hazel could not have been more helpful, supplying scones on our arrival and even ironing my dress for my night out. Super place to stay and I will definitely return.

The staff were always willing to help and go above and beyond. Very nice people and they are the reason we would visit again. We did have a lovely view of the park and garden across the street. The bed was comfortable. The food and music at the bar were wonderful.
