My time at Poggio delle Molare was amazing. It was just what I needed relaxing yet plenty to do like get in the hot tub, swim in the stunning pool, walk down the road to the amazing restaurant I ate at both nights during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was incredible and my room was beautiful. I woke up early and watched the sun rise on my private deck overlooking the Italian countryside in my plush robe provided for me. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in too! The owner Monica was amazing and helped me get there safely even accommodating me when I needed to check in a little late. I can not wait to go back!

Bracciano is a very good landing point for visiting Rome.
Bracciano is a very good landing point for visiting Rome. It is much less expensive, and has frequent train connections to central Rome. The town is very cute, with a typical old historical center, a big fat old castello, and many restaurants and bars. There are also two other very nice towns on the lake: Trevignano and Anguillara. Both are worth a visit.

Bracciano is a medieval town around 40km north of Rome.
Bracciano is a medieval town around 40km north of Rome. This means that it is easily accessible from Rome's airports. The town is dominated by its magnificent castle, Castello Orsini-Odescalchi, which definitely merits a visit. Just off the castle is the main square, surrounded by some excellent restaurants and bars. There are also other outlets in the streets just off the square that merit a visit.
Apart from the centre, Bracciano has its lake, which is quite busy during the summer days. This is definitely worth a visit or two (or three!) during your stay.
I would recommend a tour of the military airforce museum, which is very well-organised with hundreds of artefacts.
A couple of villages that border the lake are also worth a visit - Trevignano and Anguallara Sabazia.

A picturesque town, close to Rome, well communicated with the capital by train or by car. The town is on the hill, so coming back from the lake means a climb. Still, the swim in the lake is delicious. The old town area and the castle are worth visiting and offer a respite from bustling Rome.

A wonderful place with great local cafes and restaurants,.
A wonderful place with great local cafes and restaurants,. Fantastic rail access to/from Rome. If you have a car there are some wonderful places to visit around the late. A perfect place for a relaxing break.
The apartment had everything we needed for sekf catering. It was in a very quiet location and inky a 10 minute walk from the small supermarket and two pizzerias.
You are a 45-minute walk from the centre of Bracciano, and the lake is a further 20 minutes and its extremely hilly! it is highly recommended that you hire a car to get around. There is a taxi, which costs between 5 and 8 euros to take you from the train station to the apartment. The driver speaks good English
The cozy front yard with a great set for dining and sitting. It also has a terrace on top of the house that is perfect for enjoying the sunrise over the lake and the view over the lake. The location is ideal if a person wants to just cross the street and be at the beach lake. There’s a open beach portion right in front, and the organized stretches just on each side. The owners are super nice, helpful, and responsive.
I do not understand the people comments in here. I was a little bit afraid when readed the comments, but the hotel was great and worth its value. When people wants to stay in 5* hotel, then do not book 3* hotel. Pay more and you can get your perfect hotel. I really recommend it. Really friendly staff, big and clean rooms and increadible lake view! What is more, there is free parking space!
Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town Bracciano. Very clean, atmospheric and nicely arranged. Anna is simply an angel - she made sure we have all we need and helped us get to the place even though it was late in the evening.
The accommodation is within walking distance of everything I needed. It was in a picturesque medieval neighborhood overlooking the lake. There were plenty of options for dinner nearby, and the area was very active in the evening.
Located in the centre of Bracciano and close to all the restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to the station for trains to Rome. You can also walk to the lake in less than half an hour if you are feeling energetic
Host was so thoughtful and had great recommendations and it was such a beautiful space. Living room has a view of the lake and the balcony has a view of the castle, great location
We started our visit soaking in the outdoor hot tubs that overlook the beautiful lake. Surrounded by manicured lawns and gorgeous flowers and trees, our stay was perfection.
Great place right in the middle of this old town. The host was extremely helpful with everything we asked. We will definitely be back next time we're in Bracciano.
Paolo was great and the apartment was perfect! It was comfortable and located near everything we needed to get to for the wedding we were attending in Bracciano.
