Very nice and clean family owned hotel with an excellent restaurant! Nicely located up the hill at the end of the street. The place felt quite new and was in very good condition. My single room was compact but spacious enough. Breakfast was good with a variety of cold dishes and scrambled eggs. Quite alright to me. WiFi was excellent, at least on the first floor where my room was located. Top notch! There was a sauna, which is good, but regrettably I didn't use it. Value for money in a ski resort!

Nice B&B in a stunning location. Nice bedrooms, very clean everywhere, nice hosts. No evening meal available but it wasn’t a problem as there was a nice restaurant within a short walking distance. Breakfast ok but could have done with a bit more choice.

This small town is surrounded by Italian Alps which allow travelers to stay calm and peaceful mood. Convenient stores were available in the city center. It is easy to access to any hotel from main road to the edge of mountains. Location of this town is in between Ortisei and Cinque Torri which makes this town as stopover for a night for Dolomites pilgrimage. Of course, multiple night stay is also recommended. In summer time, air and temperature can refresh tired body and release stress. Highly recommendable with two thumbs up.

We were there the beginning of May and most shops, restaurants and cafes were closed. There’s a cafe at the tennis courts in Corvara that has coffee and toastees for breakfast or lunch, and Al Lago cafe looked good for breakfast and lunch but we didn’t eat there. Down the road at La Villa the La Tor restaurant was very good but a little pricey; the one we actually liked better was a pizza place at the roundabout called L’Fana, with really good pizza, good wine and a nice cosy atmosphere. Cafe Gasser is great for coffee, pastries, bread, and a few groceries. Weekends things seemed to shut down when we were there, but a lot more shops were open on Monday before we left.

Loved the evening saunas, boot camp!
Loved the evening saunas, boot camp! and the stunningly beautiful views from the hotel down the valley. Loved the restaurant - all meals were amazing, and the restaurant staff were outstanding - lucky to have JuanCarlos! The evening lounge was beautiful with fires everywhere, good piano singer, magical feeling relaxing there! great support to make sure the skiing opportunities were as good as you could get, and the shuttle was brilliant and very timely. Good variety of blues and red runs with good restaurants available on the slopes. Had a few issues with some officious staff on reception but otherwise the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. It became home from home!

Beautiful town, perfect for a skiing holiday in winter.
Beautiful town, perfect for a skiing holiday in winter. It also seems to have a lot to do in summer, so we would happily go back to explore when the snow has melted. The ski school and rental depot are well-located, there is a good range of ski slopes, and the ski huts are lovely to stop in.

A village in the heart of the Dolomites with stunning 360 views. Most of the restaurants and bars are in the hotels, but it's a short drive to Corvara, where there are more shops etc. Wonderful for skiing both for beginners with access to easy slopes and for advanced skiers who have direct access to the Sellaronda circuit.
Everything was beautifully clean and fresh, the apartment is less than five minutes walk to the ski Depot/bistro building and the Ski lifts,Borest, and Colfosco.
The kitchen is perfect for cooking a simple meal, and has all the small items required for breakfast and lunch.
The location is stunning,Colfosco is a beautiful place to stay, linked directly to the Dolomiti ski areas with fast lifts and modern facilities
Roxanna the host is friendly and welcoming
"Perfect"
Highly recommended .
We were in Italy for two weeks and we stayed in a total of five different lodging accommodations (all mid-range prices). This place (Settsass Residence) was by far the best - value for the money, attractive location, amenities, warm and friendly staff/owner, etc. The apartment was a perfect balance between modern amenities and a comfortable and cozy feel. The kitchen had everything that you would need. Beds were comfortable. Most rooms have a deck/porch.
My wife and I booked Ciasa Roenn to explore the Dolomites and go on (easy) mountain hikes. It's a great location for that - but having a car makes it a lot easier to get to the various places for hiking nearby. The hotel has amazing views of the mountains nearby. The hosts were extremely helpful but not intrusive. The apartment we rented was spacious and very nicely decorated. In short, we had an absolutely wonderful time there.
Great location in the village around 1600m above sea level. The view from our room window faced directly at the mountain. Breakfast was nice, the staff was welcoming. There is a sauna available in the hotel. Enough parking spots. Village has a few restaurants but there are also other bigger villages around with plenty of options to eat.
Atla Badia and the Dolomites exceeded my expectations. It's stunningly beautiful and the area is extremely family friendly. Our view from our room was breathtaking and the spa was a great retreat at the end of the day. Food and service was excellent and fairly priced. Couldn't speak more highly of our experience.
I only have good comments about this place! The breakfast was amazing, the view was speechless, the people were great! The parking spot was convenient and compared to many other hotels nearby, I thought the price was also very affordable :)
this property is truly something special. after staying at multiple hotels in the Dolomites, this hotel is so unique and has everything you could ever dream of. I absolutely love it here and is one of the top hotels I have ever stayed in.
The hotel was perfect, we loved our stay in the new part of the hotel. Room was upgraded to a suite and view were incredible. Loved the spa and outdoor pool. A perfect place to base yourself for a hiking or biking trip. We will be back :)
The outside eating area with a wonderful view of the mountains was a bonus. Roomy and comfortable space perfect for our group. Great communication with the host. One of our best stays in the Dolomites.
Staff were amazing, and the location can't be beat. We rented an apartment unit for our stay, and was plenty big enough for our family of 3. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Alta Badia
The hotel offered dinner menus for set price which were very big and tasty! One of us is vegetarian and we talked to the chef and had whatever we wanted.
Good value for money, staff were very nice
A classic small, family owned alpine hotel.
Easy parking, good breakfast, good size room, friendly and accommodating staff.
We would definitely stay again in the future.
